Centre of the Necropolis.
It is difficult to detect any features of the room, due to the powerful field of
energy that is put out by the Megalith of Doom, absorbing all but the darkest of
colours and dominating everything else in the room. The architecture of the room
is designed to accommodate the Megalith of Doom with a high dome that forms the
entire ceiling. A circular series of steps descends three tiers down to the
indentation in the centre of the room where the Megalith stands. Four archways
lead out of the room to the other areas of the Necropolis, where candles and
other illumination can barely be detected through the powerful force of the
Megalith. Rubescent lambency emits from amidst crimson petals of the weeping
amaranth suspended from a magnificent gemwork chandelier. Rising up from cracks
in the floor, the Megalith of Doom towers above everything here, polluting the
air with its foul fumes. The Keeper of the Megalith stands here radiating a
tainted presence. A painting of Supreme Master Luciphage is proudly exhibited on
a nearby wall. There are 2 wights here. Swirling eddies of chaotic ether dance
around a marble shrine to Morgfyre that holds a crystal model of the
planispheres. A pallid taint wyrm with knife-edged teeth is coiled on the ground
here, blackening the earth beneath him with his corrosive stench. Crying out the
latest news, Rasshid d'Sifal strolls purposefully through the streets.
Impresaria Lyla Oubliette, Lady of the Obscene Revelry is here. She wields an
elegant jet black viola in her left hand.

air of decadence and formality to the room. Cosily sitting in the corner, this
desk evokes thoughts of home. The Chess Board of Libertas is here, glowing with
precise, shifting light and arrayed with resplendant crystal pieces. Impresaria
Lyla Oubliette, Lady of the Obscene Revelry is here. She wields an elegant jet
black viola in her left hand. You may use the LIBRARY commands here.
You see exits leading northeast, south, northwest, and in.
To your EAST you see:
Marble arch before the Necropolis.
The bright sun shines down, blanketing you with its life-giving warmth. A statue
of an Ur'Guard Grand Marshal stands here, memorializing her noble spirit. A gas
lamp casts pale, ghostly light across the streets from atop a tall, ornately
gilded iron post. A grotesque ghast squats here, dragging its taloned hands on
the ground. Dilettante Izekeal is here. He wields a golden sunburst shield in
his left hand and a black ash lute in his right.

Necropolis ritual chamber.
